Born in Slovakia, Katka began her dance career at the age of five in New Jersey, right here at Paragon Ballroom.
She is trained in the International Ballroom and Latin Styles and competes internationally with her partner Samuel Hacke. They are ranked 2nd in the world in the WDC Amateur Ten Dance category.
Katka has completed her education at Columbia University, where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Economics and Psychology.
Katka dreams of becoming a professional world champion and hopes that she will inspire the future generations of dancers.
